What I can do for you

Discovery Call (Free)

This brief, 15-minute conversation offers a space to explore the current challenges in your life. You don’t need to be sure about seeking therapy—this call is here to help you gain clarity about your needs and explore whether professional support might be helpful. It’s a confidential and supportive environment where you can speak openly, feel genuinely heard, and begin to reflect on your path forward.
After the call, if you choose to continue, the next step is an assessment. Deciding whether therapy is right for you may take up to six sessions.

Mental Health Evaluation

An Assessment is recommended if you are certain about engaging in therapy. Its goal is to understand your current psychological needs and identify therapy services that would best meet those needs. The assessment consists of three sessions, each lasting 50 minutes, totaling 150 minutes.

The first part involves a 100-minute information intake session, which spans two combined sessions. During this phase, the assessment team (comprising one or two therapists) focuses on gathering information about your family, current support system, existing difficulties, and significant life events. Following this, the assessment team, in consultation with the clinical team, compiles a preliminary report detailing their understanding of your emotional needs and difficulties within the context of your life story. You will receive a draft copy of this report within 10-15 days, along with an invitation for a report discussion session.

The report discussion session, lasting 50 minutes, provides you with an opportunity to engage in a dialogue regarding the written report and the recommended services. Here, you can express your thoughts and feelings regarding the report’s content, and address any inaccuracies or misrepresentations. Following the discussion, you can collect the edited final report either during your first therapy session or within 2-3 days thereafter. The entire assessment process typically spans 2-3 weeks from the date of your initial assessment.
