My Story So Far
Ever since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by the mind-body connection. I noticed that certain foods helped me recover when I was sick, and simply holding my mom’s hand could make my pain disappear. I saw how my stress levels affected my skin, with rashes flaring up during high stress and calming down when I relaxed.
One of the most profound experiences was when my maternal grandmother passed away. Before I even received the call, I felt a deep sense of loss. This intuition has only grown stronger over the past decade, thanks to the work I’ve been doing. It has helped me connect more deeply with my clients and understand them, and my family, on a much deeper level.
Throughout my journey, I have learned to trust my gut instincts. This has been a vital part of my personal and professional growth, allowing me to encourage and guide those who come to me for help.
