I’m very happy to share my experiences and changes I had gone through after meeting doctor. I had got married before 1 year. When i started to take sessions i didn’t know anything about anxiety & i was not aware of any process involved in this treatment .All i knew was I’m not feeling my best , i felt my physical symptoms getting intense(legs and hands shivering, rapid heart beat, difficulty in throat and i lost sleep) i was sad ,then i educated myself with the help of internet and i decided to get professional help and when i met Dr. Priyanka, i opened up about everything that was bothering me.Through sessions i realised my therapist is actually helping me to solve my problems on my own and the methods she used are really simple & cool. She made me feel comfortable to talk about anything and that really helped me to open up.I had no support to take sessions because my family had no awareness about mental illness but somehow i managed to continue ,later i educated them too.don’t be afraid to ask for help, it’s completely ok to feel the way you feel.
